Braden S. Murphy

Braden grew up in Great Falls, Montana. He attended Montana State University, where he received a degree in chemical engineering, with highest honors. Braden earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School. While there, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review and was a Dean’s Circle Fellow. After law school, Braden returned to Montana and began his career at a litigation law firm in Bozeman, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil matters, including property and easement disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith, and business and contract disputes. Braden moved to the Flathead Valley and joined Moore, Cockrell, Goicoechea & Johnson, P.C., in 2022. Outside of work, Braden enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys hiking, rafting, and skiing.
