Mikel L. Moore

Mikel was born and raised in Whitefish, Montana. For more than 35 years he has primarily represented insured and self-insured clients in civil defense trial work. His primary clients include lawyers and law firms (in legal malpractice defense), other licensed professionals (in malpractice defense) business clients in litigation (including employment matters), ski areas and recreational providers (in personal injury defense) and the State of Montana (in civil defense). He also conducts mediations.
He has tried jury cases in state and federal courts in Montana, Wyoming and Arizona. He has briefed and argued dozens of appeals, including appeals in the Supreme Courts of three states (Montana, Wyoming and Arizona), and at least two federal Circuit Courts of Appeal (Ninth Circuit and Tenth Circuit).

Mikel began his professional career with a large law firm in Phoenix, Arizona where he became a full partner. He returned to Montana in March of 1993.
